Returning to the Gold Coast, the 2024 ClubsNSW Conference & AGM will take place from 9-11 October, with the Keno Welcome Party held on Wednesday, 9 October, and the two-day Conference held on Thursday, 10 and Friday, 11 October.
The Conference Dinner will be held on 10 October - dinner tickets can be purchased during the registration process. 

This exclusive event, tailored for Directors, CEO's and Managers, provides an opportunity to glean insights from industry experts and inspiring speakers, ensuring participants remain at the forefront of the latest industry trends. Breakout sessions will take place on Friday, 11 October at 11am and 11:55am. This year, breakout sessions will be repeated, giving delegates the chance to attend two out of the four options shown below.

Social Activities

Wednesday, 9 October

TAB Next Gen Venue Showcase: Wednesday, 9 October (1:00pm - 3:00pm)


This event is hosted by TAB, and is complimentary for registered conference delegates. 

Kick off the conference with your mates at TAB - celebrating spring and TAB Tip'Em at Australia's first and only flagship
Next Gen venue. 

Be inspired by what's possible in your club, with state-of-the-art features including multi-view screens, TAB terminals,
iPads, digital signage, TAB lounges, tickers and banners.

TAB are a proud Diamond Partner of ClubsNSW and Major Partner of the 2024 ClubsNSW Conference, and welcome the
opportunity to host club delegates for a day of fun at the track!

Join in the festivities with Laurie Daley and a live broadcast of Racing HQ with Dave Stanley, along with your chance to
win $1,000 through Tab Tip'Em.

Buses will depart from the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) at 12:30pm for a 1:00pm start, and will
depart the Turf Club at 3pm to return to the GCCEC by 3:30pm.

Please note: Delegates will need to obtain their conference name badge prior to departing from the GCCEC.
Registrations open from 12:00pm at GCCEC.

Keno Welcome Party: Wednesday, 9 October (5:00pm – 9:00pm)


This event is included in the Conference registration. Please add any additional tickets for accompanying persons below.

Dust off your Akubra as the Keno Welcome Party returns this year with the theme of 'Big Aussie Bush Bash' in Hall 4 of the
Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Please note: Delegate registration for the Conference will take place at the Keno Welcome Party for delegates who did not attend the TAB Next Gen Showcase.

so dress up and have some fun!

Enjoy an evening of fantastic food and incredible entertainment from host Dave Hughes, speed-painter Brad Blaze,
and closing band - Boom Crash Opera.

Conference Dinner tickets are optional and not included in your Conference Registration. Please select a
